“I provide legal services across the State of Montana regarding surrogacy agreements, donor agreements, parentage orders, birth certificates, and adoptions. I have provided these services for many years to married couples, unmarried couples, and single persons, including many LGBT clients.”
Why do you do what you do, particularly as it relates to surrogacy/growing families?
“I am committed to ensuring that everyone's rights and interests are protected and respected in a surrogacy or donation arrangement and work to protect options for people to bring children into their family using assisted reproduction.”
What is your favorite part of your job?
“My favorite part of my job is satisfaction in knowing I have done my best to provide the complex legal services needed to support an assisted conception arrangement.”
What is your favorite memory or story from working at your job?
“I enjoy receiving from my clients birth announcements and photos of their children.”
